Return Policy

Items purchased from www.omnigearshop.com may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchasing the item, provided that the item is returned in the condition it was received, with any and all materials included in the original shipment. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To return an item you must have a Return Authorization # (RA#). To receive an RA# please send an email to info@gig-gear with the subject: RA# Request and your order #. In the email please include the reason you are returning your product. Please make sure to write your RA# on the box, as well as on a piece of paper inside the box. Refunds will be issued after returned items are received and reviewed.
